Love it!! Really does work I've had it for years and and gained permanent size much cheaper now I'm gonna buy a few more. Buy a piece of rubber tube to put over the rope feels much better..

Same principal as the size genetics, just less padding and you can't wear it under your clothes(pants),still need to use it as often (hrs) as the SG to see any results, but not as costly.

I want to give a fair warning to everyone of the dangers in using this machine. I used it for a week and possibly caused permanent penis nerve damage to myself. My penis feels numb and sensation-less. It cause me terrible depression as I felt i had no control over anything. Please do yourself a favor and not use a VacExtender device.

Worked for me. Purchased it in August and had to start using the extra extension by xmas. My wife loves me to use it.

VacExtender does make you bigger results however are in no way permanent you must keep using VacExtender or you will lose any gained size trust me i have used it for awhile.

This is not a rip-off but you need some time to see enlargement
