Are there any gains at all to girth and if so is it evenly distributed along the entire penis?

I am looking for a penis enlargement solution that delivers permanent results. The only one I know is penis augmentation surgery. So my questions are: 1) Are results of penis enlargement extenders permanent? 2) Is SizeGenetics really the best penis extender out there?

Hi. I got mine 4 days ago. I set it up and turn the thumbscrews but it just keeps turning and none of the traction bars are moving. The first line is suppose to be 1200g but as I turn it, it doesn’t move up. The bars at the base ring seems to move up but the instructions says if you see the threads at the base then go back and add more bars. But my penis doesn’t stretch that far with more bars.

Hey guys, looking into getting one of these. I have a 7" x 5.5" girth. Always wanted an 8"+. Will this likely add growth in my case; any guys have proven experience with similar size? The main concern is potential nerve damage from the stretching! Can't find any impartial pictures of before and after.

Has anyone's penis go partially numb even after the extender is off? I've just completed my first week, and believe it or not there's noticable increas. Not seeing monumental gains with this product but over all it does work. Just the product is very uncomfortable if you're not very careful with it.

Not a bad product. The end of the product that goes on the end of the penis kind of pinches if you're not careful, and it can get a bit uncomfortable but all in all, it seems to be working well.

@Dave from FL: The bars are 1200, 2000 and 2800g of tension. The docs say "Our results show that after 400 hour of treatments at 1800gr. of traction force, the average man experiences a 10% increase in erect length". Follow this guideline and you should see results sooner or later. Stay at or around the second line to get at least 1800g traction.

I experienced a 0.375 inch gain after 1 month but now nothing further after 2 more months. Can anyone tell me why the gains stopped? I stretched for 105 hours month 1, 134 month 2 and 119 month 3. Month 1 was at the first bar, months 2 and 3 at the second bar. Any advice?

Also...not sure how the bars work to show which level of tension I am at. I am turning the screws until I feel the pressure..and trting constantly to increase tension but the 4 measuring bars never move.

The comfort strap is horrible. Everyone's best bet is if they have a foam matress,"one that goes over your bed" cut a piece off of that and use it for padding. Next get a rope used for a ratchet strap, like the ones they sell at U-Haul. Slide that through the opening for the other strap and your in business. WAY MORE COMFORTABLE. You'll be able to apply much more pressure and keep it on longer.

Could anyone offer feedback on whether they think I could hide using andropenis to my girlfriend? Specifically I mean would she notice any marks or me in pain in anyway. I have both sizegenetics and proextender, the last one is a bit painful but I feel I gain more when I use it. I use both: I wear proextender in the evening for 2 hours, then have a 2 hours pause and then have sizegenetics in the night.

part 3 i take breaks every 2hrs cuz it gets cold and needs blood flow. I also use the rubber tube and lock it in place behind the extender so it don't get lose and i don't slip out. i also use the velcro strap to hold it from coming out. Always unscrew the bars don't just try and take it out. hurts with less tension. hope this help. never pee with it on. worst mistake i ever made.

part 2. i can stretch out to 6inches not erect so i want to get as much bars in as i can. how i do it is i put it on with a .5" bar only then pull it out and slide the 2" bar in. I used to go slow and think i was gaining because bars were increasing. only diff was it was pressing into my bone more. u can keep adding bars with this method. twist off one bar and slide another in till ur max.

Most of penis extender devices use silicon noose headpiece, it's very painful to your penis if you use your extender for more than an hour. Look for an extender with matt straps, latex head grips or any other comfort strap systems. X4 extender looks good but I use Sizegenetics. For now, I'm satisfied with results.
