I’m 16 days in with 5 hours a day avg. The first 12 days you add an hour every day. I think the key to this is slow and steady. So, I can already feel some gains but the app shows that low traction’s and time give you better results. Can anyone confirm this?

I’m going to say 5 stars at the moment. I find that it is easy to wear to work and I can comfortably wear this under my jeans, Traction is applied to the tip of the penis and the rubber cap provides protection. This is not a penis pump! It is just to help get that long pull. The only catch is during the day you might have to make adjustments to the suction.

This is a waste of time and even more waste of money. If you buy this piece of crap you are very ignorant it does not work period.

This device is so problematic with condom sleeves that rip so easily! Spent so much money and in the end can't use it because all the condoms ripped. I had purchased 4 additional sleeves but they are expensive and company won't guarantee the sleeves. Stay away!!!

No gains after 9 months. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Great when they are taking your money.... good luck with any issues you have or even getting a reply to your emails. Spare parts are very expensive and delivery is slow. Compounded even more by eventually receiving a defective item. They won’t even reply to your issue. Highly advise avoiding this company.

I had and used the phalosan for about 6-7 months I noticed a small gain of.25 in length not anything to brag about however it broke after 8mo they don't warranty phalosan not email me back the phone number does not work I think this company is a scam their product is OK but not worth over $300 and its quality is only passable not very good mostly made of cheap plastic I do not reccomend it at all

18 days, 6-8 hrs/day, my wife said she needed to adjust her gag reflex. Im def bigger according to her but i havent measured. Ive used all the stuff out there, Phallosan is the most effective, easiest, most comfortable and easiest to hide of all of them! U cannot expect to gain 3", but if u can add even 1" to a 4.5" penis in 6 mos, this is a hugely significant gain!!

Some of these reviews like "I tried it twice and no change" or "I gained 3 inches" are hard to take seriously. I have clocked in a little over 200 hours in 3 weeks at an average of 8 hours a day. Waiting to measure at 500 hours but I did just today try a dead stretch (ruler into pubic bone and stretching flaccid penis)and almost touched 8 inches which is about .25 inches better than before

1) I can't get the protector cap on completely and it squeezes my gland into a cone shape, but I do have a large gland. 2) Couldn't roll condom onto bell so I gently tried folding it over and made a hole. Is the new silicon condom easier/better? 3)Im only briefly 4" semi and then 3" flaccid sfter when fitting it. HELP!!

Not surprised it didn't work for me i have a small penis already and it probably got smaller using this i can say no bigger seriously poor would not spend on again when i can get something better.

it hurts to use Phallosan extender for an hour but my friend says he uses his x4 extender 5-6 hours a day - WHY???? HOW????

Orders Phallosan, it is way over priced, and difficult to use. regarding 2 weeks no questions asked refund policy, first they do not reply to your email. Pay with paypal, open a dispute and they will then reply asking you to ship it back to Malta.

You may probably try to use another penis extender. Phallosan uses vacuum to enlarge penis which is not completely safe. You can try SizeGenetics or X4 extender to get more.

I tried Phallosan but my penis stopped growing after 3 months. What do you think I can do to gain more inches?

You are lucky, I got only 1 cm in 3 months which is not enough.

Gave me 3 inches in 9 months. I will keep using it 3 months. I hope to get one more inch!

Yes, almost every penis extender can help you add 2 inches or more but it will take up to 6 months.

This penis extender is effective only in case you have it on your penis at least 6 hours a day.
