Further more when fastening the silicon tubing or comfort strap, do a bit of jelqing to get some extra tension to help avoid slippage. If your head is getting cold and numb, or dangerously purple, loosen the strap, squeeze your head to recirculate the bloodflow and start the process over.

Been using this product for about a month now - try to get in about 6 hours of use with a short beak every hour (toilet break typically). Am slowly seeing results in length :) I've found that the foam ring is no good for slippage, better to wrap some decent gaus-tape around your shaft a few times behind the head firmly, but not tightly. When it becomes uncomfortable take it off for 10 minutes.

Skin colored soft medical tape around the gland. Then wrap that with foam weather stripping that is sticky on one side. Zero slippage. If you have too much tension underneath the shaft then put a strip of skin colored medical tape under your shaft. I’m getting max pull this way.

Good device, works much better than I thought it would, it's a little uncomfortable but no pain no gain!The people that say it doesn't work are flat out not using it right.I have gained 5/8" in length as well as 1/4" in girth in less than a month, I never would have believed this was possible until I saw it first hand, I wish I would have tried this years ago!

My flaccid state is longer but no erection length gains yet. I experience a lot of slipping, how does the toilet paper wrap work can someone explain that. I'd like to give that a try. I'm hoping the next 2 months will give me the length gains, I'm on week 10 now.

Can't get the thing on. Both the strap and the tube pull skin with it in to the plastic end piece. The pain makes the penis shrink and make it impossible to secure in the holder. Also the one time i got it secured it slipped out as i had gripped the glans for so long it was deflated from the pressure. Tried the foamring but it's too small. Any tips or ideas on what i can try?

Can anyone use Jes Extender for several hours without a break? I can only use it for an hour, because the penis glans starts to turn purple and cold. Then I take a 30-minute break and go back for another hour. I am trying to use it this way for 5 hours a day.

Hi there, the jess extender is a very slow to get result just like any muscle if you like to go to the gym it's a good idea to use regularly all day but don't rest just keep stretching the fuck out of it and you'll get results.

I'm rather short flaccid, but 7 inches when stretched/erect. This makes it hard for me to strap it into the jes-extender, I have to fully stretch and strap it in first (which is difficult with the tight strap), then adjust the rods. I still struggle to get it set to the first notch, not sure how I'll get to 3rd notch later!

I was expecting much better design for a device that's been around 20 yrs, it's very difficult to put on and adjust, and the penis head loses circulation because of the silicone tube and design. The silicone strap is too thick, hard to thread and tuck in behind. I struggle to get it set to the first notch. Overall I wished it was better designed, easier to put on, and more comfortable.

Been doing it 2 months for about 6 hours per day. Good. It can get sore if you overdo and overstretch, esp around your bellend area and you do need your dick to 'breathe' a bit. I do 2 hours during work and 4/5 hours after work. Pleased with product generally.

Only had it a week. It took me ime to find the right comfortability So I could wear this thing. Here's some tips. Don't have the strap overly tight or you won't be able to wear it longer than 2 or 3 hrs. Also its best to put it on when its all the way down than to have it preset. This is my opinion. I will repost in 90 days on my progress

I would have tried this product for an additional 30 days, however, there was no indication that Jes Extender was going to work. This product is a waste of money. i knoticed u can wear it longer while sleep since when sleepin u cant feel pain after so many hours, it jus then when u wake up u hav to take it off for a couple mins or giv ur penis a break for a half hour but still pressure rub ur penis to get the blood flowing bak to the sore area, after a while of rubbing the sore area goes back to normal and ur penis looks normal again

The "Detailed Instructions" are anything but! The "Instructions" suck! VERY confusing! Sounds like they made the directions in a different country. Very hard to wear under clothing. Getting in and out of a car, or just sitting down to eat could pinch your shaft or your balls. I will keep trying it tho

I reported earlier that the Male Edge unit FAILED and broke at the connecting rods. Jes Extender/Male Edge did replace the unit. But within a week the second unit broke again at the same spot. This extender is made completly of plastic and has several bad design problems. The first is the confort straps are too short, and the connecting rods are too cheap.

if you have slippage problems try taking out the silicon piece from the white rubber material and running a shoe lace through it also use toilet tissue only need one length of tissue and placing that around the white rubber piece that ll add grip and the shoe lace will not come lose and brake like the silicon does just find a way to tie it so its easy to untie

Try x4extender, i've never had a problem with their comfort strap.

Product seems to be made well but good luck getting the company to respond when the comfort strap breaks after 2 weeks of use. They never responded even after 5 emails to them and a couple attempts to call them.

It was painful in the beggining,after2wks its not as bad but still unpleasant.I put rite b4 da head some white medical tape& another with cushin,that I bought at cvs pharmacy,then a strip that I cut from a polishing towel to make it more comfortable. so I can wear it longer. getting to 5hrs of wearing it is a struggle.

I'v been using JesExtender for 34 days 11 hrs of use. Starting measurements BPEL7" Girth 5.75" I have yet to see any increase at all. I also do 150 jelqs right B4 putting it on.I supplement L-arginine,L-lysine,l-ornithine,lecithin,whey protein. The directions aren't helpful at all. I own a JesExtender,i just adjusted it to its original length(4cm shorter than erect dick)says the manual.after that im completely lost on how to properly lengthen device, and when. the instructions confused me. Do i add the bars or screw out tensioner.In manual it says for week 1-5 you add certain lenghted bars each week? but below itstates diff contradictory directions.PLEASE HELP!

I have been using jes for a week have noticed not huge but definetely noticable change in size when erect but none while flacid. so far so good will keep on using. i am not overly concerned about flacid length but my wife has said there has been a definete change for the better. Hooray.

This product sucks.. It don't work. I had problems with mine and called the main office. The main lady in charge was very rude. They will not refund your money its all bullshit. Dont recommend it to anyone.

I tried Jes Extender and SizePro extender, now I upgraded to Size Genetics extender and I have to say it’s much more comfortable. Penis exercise program (free with Size Genetics) let me gain more girth and the extender increases length.

I didn't measure when I started. But the changes are quite substantial and definitely visible, in girth and length after only three weeks. I think it's about 0.5-1 cm in length.
